A new regular review of websites

Howlers seen on websites

After several requests from my readers, this is the first edition of WEEKLY WEBSITE HOWLERS. All of these are taken from websites I have not completed a paid job on.

  • ‘greatful’ – instead of ‘grateful’
  • ‘Brasil’ – when referring to ‘Brazil’
  • A paragraph starting with the correctly spelt ‘bookkeeping’ – which later changed to
  • ‘torquay’ and ‘paignton’ – for the towns ‘Torquay’ and ‘Paignton’
  • ‘full’ – where the correct word was’fully’. The meaning of the phrase was still clear – even
though it was not written correctly

Keep watching for more howlers like these.
