Look after the small things, it will help look after the big things

Words are very important

Last week some friends of mine were opening a local eatery.

It really was a well planned opening. The eatery looked great, pristine kitchens, scrumptious food and fabulous drinks.

During the opening I picked up a menu. I noticed:

  • An alignment issue
  • No spaces after commas
  • Inconsistent use of uppercase letters

    • I have since looked at their website and social media posts, and have found several errors.

    Their product is amazing and I wish them a very successful future, but I think to have BIG success you need to get the SMALL things right.
