Today we are 6

Today, I am exceedingly excited to announce that Devon Proofreading is six years old.

I’m not posting to tell you what Devon Proofreading does, as the advert said ‘it does what it says on the tin’.

We must all be good at what we do, otherwise our business wouldn’t survive. I’m talking about the extra part, the heart of our business. I run on the M&M system, MORALS & MINDSET. Though I am partial to the chocolate ones too!

Many of you know I have a disability, but that doesn’t stop you succeeding. Disability, ability, diversity, nationality make no difference, we all belong to the same tribe.

I don’t want to compartmentalise myself, I belong to the community of life. The watchwords are kindness, humanness, compassion, empathy, love, care and friendship. All things I hope you can see in my personal brand. These are my MORALS.

But most importantly to succeed you need the three Ms, always keep a Marvellous Magical MINDSET.
