Here are 6 of the things you need to pay attention to when writing
1. Identify your audience and write to them.
2. Avoid sesquipedalian (long words) and archaic language unless they are relevant.
3. Sentence length, don’t overdo it.
4. Consistency with spellings and characters.
5. Allow the reader some latitude.
6. This relates more to fiction authors. Allow the reader a chance to catch their breath between intense dramatic points.
