My name is Dave Kingdon and I live in Newton Abbot, close to the glorious scenery of Dartmoor.

I worked in Finance for 28 years and after being made redundant, in 2015, decided I needed a change. Proofreading was always something I enjoyed and had a passion for, so I retrained for that.

Since being made redundant I have done voluntary work for a charity – Shared Lives South West – performing proofreading and editing services.

I offer two levels of proofreading and editing service, copywriting and also give talks on disability terminology and issues. Please see my Services and Rates page for further details.
