Translations need proofreading too

My wife and I recently spent a week at a hotel in Tenerife. We decided to stay in one of their apartments with a sun terrace. Outside was a sign, the first phrase was in Spanish, the second in German and the third in English. I’m not sure if the first two were correct, but IS SMOKING NOT ALLOWED did make us smile. A little proofreading can save a lot of confusion.
